Easy, Healthy, Meal Salad (not just a side salad)

Need to get in some servings of vegetables?  Try this easy, healthy salad to up your green power...  I don't know what that means, just try the recipe!

Pick up an organic box of pre- washed and cut salad greens.  They are affordable and packed with nutrients that iceberg just doesn't have.  The more colorful the salad the more vitamins it has!  Or, just cut and wash your own lettuces.

2-4 cups Salad (how hungry are you?)
1 can Chunk WHITE tuna
Peas Defrosted from frozen or fresh
Carrot slices
Throw the above ingredients into a bowl

2 TB sugar or 2 packets Stevia
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TB sesame Oil
3 TB vinegar (Your pick)

Mix above ingredients together in a separate bowl, then toss with the salad and enjoy!
